Delivery Service
We partner with a trusted third-party delivery company to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. All deliveries are handled with care and in accordance with our delivery partner’s procedures.
Delivery Timeframes

In-stock items will be scheduled for delivery within 14 days of purchase.

You will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date once your order is ready to ship.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Southeast Queensland. If you are outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional charges.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on location and item size. Any applicable charges will be clearly stated at checkout or confirmed at the time of order.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for your order. Our delivery team will place your furniture in the designated room on the ground floor (where applicable) but cannot remove existing furniture or packaging unless specified in advance.
Delays or Issues
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, unforeseen delays (such as supplier or courier issues) may occur. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new delivery date.
